Good experience and Very helpful especially Commercial truck help desk. Despite the fact that I cannot recall her name, she is extremely kind, very polite, and never mean to anyone. 5/5🧡

I have been doing title transfer work for almost 4 months, and this location has made it very easy. Everyone has been efficient. Specifically Theresa and Katie! They have been extraordinary, friendly, attentive, and highly effective! Kudos to the whole crew and also to Theresa and Katie!

I literally just got off the phone with somebody whose name I don't remember!! But she was really nice and helpful ❤️ We figured out that I should talk to the people where I get my oil changed so I can figure out a good past mileage for my car! Thank you sweet lady whose name I don't remember!!🤗

Very disappointing experience at the Springfield Secretary of State office. Our company, mailed all required paperwork and a cashier's check on May 4, 2026, for permanent plates and registrations. Our temporary registrations expired on May 31, and we still had not received the permanent credentials. On June 1, our company representative went to the office with all available paperwork and a company credit card, ready to resolve the issue. First, he was told he needed proof of the cashier's check. He immediately went to the bank, obtained the proof, and returned the same day. After returning, he was told that the authorization letter signed by the company president was not sufficient and that he needed a pay stub to prove employment. When he asked to speak with a supervisor, the supervisor was dismissive, stated that this was a "new rule" effective that day, and refused to provide her name. We understand that mistakes and delays can happen, including possible postal issues. What was frustrating was the lack of clear communication, changing requirements, and unprofessional customer service. We expected assistance in resolving the issue, not repeated obstacles. I hope management

HORRIBLE treatment of Veterans! I went there to get handicapped parking plates as a disabled Veteran, already holding a handicapped placard for many years. I took all the documents as required on the SoS website, including several that I MIGHT need to show the transition from my birth to married name. These two women at the counter insisted I wasn't "disabled enough" at 100%. They wanted me to surrender my parking placard, pending approval of plates (WRONG). They also demanded I provide them a copy of my original handicapped placard request from many years ago (which I found out later they had right in front of them on the computer screen). Then they demanded I supply a 'Release of Lien' for the vehicle to get the handicapped plates (WRONG). Finally, they demanded a 'special letter' issued by the VA that would list each of my disabilities and their percentage (WRONG - No such letter exists per the VA). Because I was a woman and my physical disabilities were not clearly visible to them, they chose to give me a difficult time, despite my pain. I chose to go to the State House and file employee complaints against them for rude, biased, discriminatory treatment. I was later in
